One Hundred+ Edible Mushrooms and Toxic Look-alikes

This presentation addresses issues such as what the designations in field guides mean regarding edibility of mushrooms, cultural differences regarding preferences for certain mushrooms and avoidance of others, and instructions on how to prepare edible fungi for cooking and for long-term storage. I also give an introduction to characteristics of over 100 edible mushrooms and some of their poisonous look-alikes.
